Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and MEEDU APP (the "Licensor") for the use of the icons.meedu.app software (the "Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business use during the term of this Agreement.

License Restrictions

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.

Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Licensor and/or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions.

Fees and Payment

The Software is available in both a free version and a paid version that requires a monthly subscription. By choosing to use the paid version of the Software, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee specified by Licensor.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
