SKPaymentQueueDelegateWrapper class abstract

A wrapper around SKPaymentQueueDelegate.

The payment queue delegate can be implementated to provide information needed to complete transactions.

The SKPaymentQueueDelegateWrapper is only available on iOS 13 and higher. Using the delegate on older iOS version will be ignored.
