Extended
is a set of Flutter widgets that are extended based on Material and Cupertino widgets. The some of widgets in this package are simply a copy of an existing widgets in Material and Cupertino widgets with some extra properties. For instance,Column
widget does column things only on Material widget. It does not have background color option, nor tap handler and often we need to add those functionality toColumn
widget. And this is one reason why we haveExtended
package here. -

package also provide methods to open dialogs likealert
,confirm
, etc. -

package collects some of the well known widgets inpub-web.flutter-io.cn
and bundle them together to make a better UI widget package.
