batchRecognize method

Future<Operation> batchRecognize(
  1. BatchRecognizeRequest request,
  2. String recognizer, {
  3. String? $fields,
})

Performs batch asynchronous speech recognition: send a request with N audio files and receive a long running operation that can be polled to see when the transcriptions are finished.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

recognizer - Required. The name of the Recognizer to use during recognition. The expected format is projects/{project}/locations/{location}/recognizers/{recognizer}. The {recognizer} segment may be set to _ to use an empty implicit Recognizer. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/recognizers/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Operation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.

Implementation

async.Future<Operation> batchRecognize(
  BatchRecognizeRequest request,
  core.String recognizer, {
  core.String? $fields,
}) async {
  final body_ = convert.json.encode(request);
  final queryParams_ = <core.String, core.List<core.String>>{
    if ($fields != null) 'fields': [$fields],
  };

  final url_ = 'v2/' + core.Uri.encodeFull('$recognizer') + ':batchRecognize';

  final response_ = await _requester.request(
    url_,
    'POST',
    body: body_,
    queryParams: queryParams_,
  );
  return Operation.fromJson(response_ as core.Map<core.String, core.dynamic>);
}
