deidentify method

Future<Operation> deidentify(
  1. DeidentifyDatasetRequest request,
  2. String sourceDataset, {
  3. String? $fields,
})

Creates a new dataset containing de-identified data from the source dataset.

The metadata field type is OperationMetadata. If the request is successful, the response field type is DeidentifySummary. If errors occur, error is set. The LRO result may still be successful if de-identification fails for some DICOM instances. The new de-identified dataset will not contain these failed resources. Failed resource totals are tracked in Operation.metadata. Error details are also logged to Cloud Logging. For more information, see Viewing error logs in Cloud Logging.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

sourceDataset - Required. Source dataset resource name. For example, projects/{project_id}/locations/{location_id}/datasets/{dataset_id}. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/datasets/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Operation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.

Implementation

async.Future<Operation> deidentify(
  DeidentifyDatasetRequest request,
  core.String sourceDataset, {
  core.String? $fields,
}) async {
  final body_ = convert.json.encode(request);
  final queryParams_ = <core.String, core.List<core.String>>{
    if ($fields != null) 'fields': [$fields],
  };

  final url_ = 'v1/' + core.Uri.encodeFull('$sourceDataset') + ':deidentify';

  final response_ = await _requester.request(
    url_,
    'POST',
    body: body_,
    queryParams: queryParams_,
  );
  return Operation.fromJson(response_ as core.Map<core.String, core.dynamic>);
