Creates a new HL7v2 store within the parent dataset.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The name of the dataset this HL7v2 store belongs to. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/datasets/\[^/\]+$.

hl7V2StoreId - Required. The ID of the HL7v2 store that is being created. The string must match the following regex: [\p{L}\p{N}_\-\.]{1,256}.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Hl7V2Store.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
