create method

Future<ConsentStore> create(
  1. ConsentStore request,
  2. String parent, {
  3. String? consentStoreId,
  4. String? $fields,
})

Creates a new consent store in the parent dataset.

Attempting to create a consent store with the same ID as an existing store fails with an ALREADY_EXISTS error.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The name of the dataset this consent store belongs to. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/datasets/\[^/\]+$.

consentStoreId - Required. The ID of the consent store to create. The string must match the following regex: [\p{L}\p{N}_\-\.]{1,256}. Cannot be changed after creation.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a ConsentStore.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.

Implementation

async.Future<ConsentStore> create(
  ConsentStore request,
  core.String parent, {
  core.String? consentStoreId,
  core.String? $fields,
}) async {
  final body_ = convert.json.encode(request);
  final queryParams_ = <core.String, core.List<core.String>>{
    if (consentStoreId != null) 'consentStoreId': [consentStoreId],
    if ($fields != null) 'fields': [$fields],
  };

  final url_ = 'v1/' + core.Uri.encodeFull('$parent') + '/consentStores';

  final response_ = await _requester.request(
    url_,
    'POST',
    body: body_,
    queryParams: queryParams_,
  );
  return ConsentStore.fromJson(
      response_ as core.Map<core.String, core.dynamic>);
}
