Optional. Possible string values are:

"CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER_POLICY_UNSPECIFIED" : Unspecified. The behaviour is governed by credentialProviderPolicyDefault.
"CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER_ALLOWED" : App is allowed to act as a credential provider.
